We would like to thank Heath for training us, in a very short time, on how to begin to train our Ruby. At times it was very frustrating but Heath was very supportive and clear on how to achieve our goals and that training takes a long time. In that short time however we have made great strides and have been equipped with the skills to continue the training and build a great relationship with our dog. Heath’s guidance has been an absolute dream for our German Shepherd puppy Maverick. He quickly told us how to use positive reinforcements to stop any unwanted behaviours and his lessons are just excellent. We have the dog we always wanted!

It was very important to me that I trained Honey with positive reinforcements. Heath’s puppy classes were perfect . The classes are full of training techniques with clear instructions and thanks to Bear’s (Heath’s lovely dog) demonstrations, they were easy to understand. After class we were provided with fantastic videos so that we could continue our lessons. These classes have been great fun and also great socialisation for Honey. We rate Heath’s puppy classes 5 Gold ⭐️ and the fact we are going to continue onto the next level of classes say’s it all.

I can’t recommend Heath highly enough. Not only does he help you get the basics right but also explains why these are important. Juno my lovely border terrier who is now 8 months old loves the classes. From my perspective Heath has also given me confidence as a dog owner so we can have fun together. Heath really is good at what he does - this is a genuine 5* review. I also feel that as Juno gets older I will have the ability to check in and rejoin for tune-ups - as much for me as Juno!
