Liver Cake Recipe

It is so easy to make and can be frozen for later use. You can even substitute Liver for three tins of Tuna if you can’t stand the smell : ) and use the oil to bind.  This liver cake can be baked in a normal cake tin of whatever shape you like. It even comes out looking like a nice fruit cake for humans. Smells a bit different though!Ingredients:
  • 1lb Liver
  • 1lb Granary Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic (optional)
  • Oil & Milk to bind
Method:Liquidize the liver, eggs, milk, oil & garlic in a blender.Add the flour and mix.Microwave for 10 minsOr cook in the oven for 45 mins.This cake can be frozen. For best results, allow the cake to cool a little, then cut into pieces of the desired size. Divide the pieces into a number of freezer bags before placing into the freezer. Defrost before feeding to you dog.
