With many people becoming proud new puppy owners this time of year, I thought I would record a short video on how to best introduce your new pup to any vet practice.
First impressions count. Like with any new experience, we want the first experience to be AMAZING, as they will always carry that first experience with them.
Speaking to vet friends, they always say to me, if they could have anything from a dog, it would be a dog who is comfortable in the vet practice. Happy to enter, calm and relaxed in the waiting room and when being handled.
