I recently had a great telephone conversation with Heath. I originally enquired about puppy classes with Heath and he recommended we start with an initial telephone conversation. Admittedly I was sceptical about how useful this would be at first but I was wrong. In the half hour call Heath gave me great tips and activities to follows, tailored to the problems I was facing, and communicated these very well (I am a novice). They are already proving really useful and I'm very much looking forward to the next steps.

I would recommend Heath he really makes it easy to understand how you should be training your dog, I’m so pleased how my lab Basil has come on looking forward to high school now

My puppy and I started this course near on when he has just turned 12 weeks, it was his first time socialising with other dogs and trying to learn commands. Heath has been such a pleasure to train with, he always has solutions to the challenge the group had with their pup and made classes fun and interactive when we came away feeling positive.

Beyond how it helped Frank the classes were also great as an owner to my first puppy that wasn’t a family dog. Having a new puppy is demanding and stressful and able to hear other people in the group have the same challenges and being to call on Heath has absolutely helped me struggle less.

My pup Frank loved the course and so did I, my puppy is much better behaved and is becoming much more socialised, the classes also really gave us a chance to spend one on one time together and build our bond. We can’t wait to come back for high school!

I had an hour consultation with Heath, following an inquiry form I submitted about puppy classes. Heath listened to where I was at with my pup, and taught me some fundamental training tips, that seemed very basic but honestly made the world of difference. This call was 3 and half weeks ago, and my pup seems to be a completely different dog with the advice Heath gave. Heaths advice was clear and very educational, for someone with a very short attention span he also keep me engaged throughout the whole call.
